During the middle of a heat wave between Christmas and New Year, the air conditioning at my home failed.  Most businesses had closed for the Chrstmas break however you personally responded to my email and telephones me to offer assistamce. Despite being a Saturday, with the temperature well over 40 degrees, you attended my home with two of your technicians and quickly diagnosed and rectified the problem.  This is what I call "the ultimate in customer service".
